Why can't I buy your packs in Europe?
This is simply down to avoiding EU VAT tax on digital downloads. The customers I have in the EU are far outweighed by my American customers, by 10 to 1. Finding a specialist accountant that understands the business of what I'm doing in a post-brexit world is hard and expensive for only a small amount of profit more. Therefore I've made the decision to not sell to the EU.
If you still really want to buy stuff from the store, you could take a flight to a country that's not inside the EU. Or, you can "take a flight". I'm sorry that you won't be able to download my Very Perfect Noises while inside the EU.
Your free packs keep sending me around in loops after following the link in the text file, why?
Once you have added the free pack and checked out, you will receive a text file with the link to the download gate (or you could've clicked the link below in the description).
After you've completed the download gate, it will take you to a similar (BUT NEW) page. You add THAT to your basket and checkout, hey presto! You have the free pack. I get an email every week saying it doesn't work, but I see the pack being downloaded hundreds of times a week. It does work.
I can't find the download links to my packs anymore, or I've accidentally deleted the emails! What can I do?
Contact support and I shall resend you the download links once more.
Why do I have to pay for advertised free packs? It says I have to pay more than $0?
You can simply type 0 in the box and you should be able to get the pack for free. Don't send me 1p, it goes straight to PayPal's pocket. Not mine.
Can I pay in dollars or any other type of currency?
The money from will be converted from your currency to Pound Sterling automatically with your card or bank. To find out how much something is in your own currency, type in the price on Google and it will show you how much it is. This is an estimate as it doesn't include exchange or bank fees.
Why are you such a massive legend?

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Clothing Purchases: All clothing purchases made on our website are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for clothing items, regardless of the reason. This includes situations such as wrong address, wrong size, or change of mind. We kindly request you to carefully review your order before completing the purchase.
However, if you receive a clothing item that is damaged, we will gladly assist you in resolving the issue. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving the item. We will require photographic evidence of the damage to process your request. Once approved, we will provide you with further instructions on returning the item and obtaining a refund.
Sample Packs Refund: If you encounter any issues with your purchase, we encourage you to get in touch. In most cases, we aim to find a satisfactory solution without the need for a refund.
However, if the issue cannot be resolved or you are not satisfied with the outcome, we may consider providing a refund. To request a refund for a sample pack, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the item, providing details of the problem you encountered. Oddprophet store will assess your request and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include a refund.
Please note that the refund policy for sample packs is subject to review on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the issue and our ability to address it.
